**Other operational duties will include**:

- Identifying training needs; plan and propose development programs for QR staff.
- Design and development of training materials based on best practice Learning & Development methodology.
- Implementing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning by delivering programs to align with 70:20:10 principles.
- Initiating new trainings based on prior experience and needs analysis.
- Facilitating training programs to a world class standard, using adult-learning and learner focused techniques.
- Utilizing coaching techniques to improve employee performance.
- Supporting the management in developing skills to ensure employees mature and adapt in an ever-changing business environment.
- Evaluating, amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
- Monitoring training records and ensure that the certificates are up to date and in compliance with the QCAA regulations requirements.
- Creating solid professional relationships with management at all levels within the business.
- Act as an ambassador for TD, by forging and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Assisting in the Qatar Nationalisation project to train and develop employees according to company standards.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
- A formal accreditation in training from IATA or equivalent.
- Experience on the ramp in handling Dangerous Goods
- At least 3 years of experience in aviation training.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Cargo Operations.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Experience in training in a multi-cultural environment.
- Good understanding of equal employment opportunity of custom and practices.
- Sound knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

**Preferred qualifications** (Not essential but good to have)
- Certification from a Civil Aviation Authority.
