_Role Overview_
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the sales and leasing objectives of the real estate company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and hands-on management of marketing activities tailored to the dynamic real estate market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Marketing Planning**
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans in line with the company’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Propose new marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase the company’s market share and visibility in Qatar.
**Brand Management**
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials, online platforms, and advertising channels.
- Oversee the development of creative assets, including brochures, property videos, digital ads, and signage, ensuring high quality and relevance to the target audience.
**Digital Marketing & Lead Generation**
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and online property portals.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media ads) to drive web traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor digital analytics and campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
**Content Creation & Management**
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality marketing materials for property listings and corporate branding.
**Event Management & PR**
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, property launches, open houses, and participation in real estate exhibitions and trade shows.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and industry partners to secure positive coverage and enhance the company’s reputation.
**Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct regular market research to understand consumer needs, pricing trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare detailed market analysis reports to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
**Collaboration & Team Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, assigning tasks, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, leasing, and property management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer requirements.
**Budget Management**
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI on campaigns.
- Track spending, negotiate with vendors, and approve invoices related to marketing activities.
**Compliance & Local Adaptation**
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with Qatari laws, cultural norms, and real estate regulations.
- Adapt global marketing strategies to fit the local market context and audience preferences.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector or a related industry in Qatar or the GCC.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory environment.
