**Job description**

If you're a digital marketer, passionate about driving results through paid advertising, then, the first box is ticked, as we're seeking a talented Paid Ads Manager to join us at Rubics Marketing.

As an advertising manager, your role will consist on planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across different platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn).

Your main target as an Ad Manger should revolve around increasing our brand identity, generating leads, and driving conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients.

**What You’ll Do At Rubics**:

- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns in line with our client goal and target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research audience targeting, and competitor analysis and leverage that data to optimize the ads campaigns.
- Collaborate with our designer to create eye-catching ad copy and visuals that speak to the target audience and engage them.
- Allocate and manage ad budgets in a way that helps maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
- Provide regular performance reports, case studies, and insights to clients, and the Marketing manager.

**You are the right fit if**:

- You have a proven track record of success in paid ads, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a paid media position.
- You are proficient in Proficiency in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- You are fluent in both Arabic and English.
