Job Description**:Mixologist / Head Bartender**

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a talented and creative Head Bartender to join our team. As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and delicious non-alcoholic beverages for our customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and create unique drink recipes that cater to a diverse range of tastes and preferences. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create a wide range of non-alcoholic beverage recipes, including mocktails, homemade sodas, specialty coffees, and infused waters.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and industry developments to continually innovate and offer new and exciting drink options.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings that complement the restaurant's food menu.
- Utilize fresh and high-quality ingredients to craft visually appealing and flavorful non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all non-alcoholic beverages served.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients, garnishes, and glassware.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for non-alcoholic drink options.
- Train and educate bartenders and servers on non-alcoholic beverages, their ingredients, and proper serving techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels of non-alcoholic beverage ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for non-alcoholic beverages.
- Participate in menu development and contribute ideas for seasonal and special event drink offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about dietary restrictions and allergies, ensuring that all non-alcoholic beverage options are suitable for various dietary needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a mixologist or head bartender, with a focus on non-alcoholic beverages.
- Passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of different flavors, ingredients, and techniques used in creating non-alcoholic drinks.
- Creativity and ability to develop unique and appealing drink recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in drink preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and calculating drink prices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: From QAR5,000.00 per month
