- As the site representative of Party A, exercise the right of supervision of Party A's operations on behalf of Party A, supervise the health, safety, environmental protection, quality and progress of the site, and organize all units to strictly implement Party A's drilling engineering construction design and company management regulations and other relevant petroleum industry standards and laws and regulations;
- Organize all units to carry out operations in accordance with the construction design, and timely report to the project department or the supervisor if there is any doubt in the design; When there are changes in site conditions and designs or complex situations, it is necessary to ask for instructions and report in time; In case of any special situation that endangers the safety of personnel, underground and equipment, the contractor shall be urged to deal with it promptly and decisively, and timely report (or entrust a special person to report);
- Arrange duty time reasonably to ensure that key construction nodes can carry out key checks;
- Responsible for on-site personnel qualification and equipment review, rectification or replacement requirements for unqualified personnel and equipment;
- Urge the contractor to prepare the equipment, tools and other materials on site in advance; Check all borehole tools to ensure that the borehole tools are in good condition and the measurement and mapping are accurate; Check whether conventional fishing tools on site are fully equipped to ensure smooth and orderly production operations and avoid organizational shutdown;
- Supervise the calibration of the accuracy of various instruments by various service providers, closely monitor various parameters, master the underground state, and prevent problems before they occur;
- Supervise the contractor to organize fire, lifesaving, anti-hydrogen sulfide, blowout prevention and other emergency drills on a regular basis, and review the drill records;
- Check the implementation of safety and environmental protection of contractors and service providers;
- Supervise and check whether well control equipment and various monitoring instruments and meters work normally, conduct functional tests and pressure tests (including low pressure tests) for well control equipment in strict accordance with drilling engineering design pressure test standards, and make pressure test records;
- Inspect and implement the safety inspection before drilling and opening the oil and gas formation, closely monitor various parameters to ensure the safety of well control;
- Responsible for reviewing special construction design and operation risk analysis, including directional well plan and anti-collision plan, drilling fluid plan, coring operation plan, cementing design, etc.;
- Report the production status to the project department daily as required. In case of complex situations or accidents, timely, objective and accurate reports should be made, on-site treatment suggestions should be proposed for reference and discussion by the project department, and instructions should be accepted at the same time.
- To master the dynamics of the contractor's personnel, the contractor's personnel must be approved by the supervisor to leave the site, and the main responsible personnel must report to the project Department to leave after obtaining the consent of the project Department;
- Review the daily drilling report, drilling fluid daily, well control position record and drilling project completion report, and check the entry of WELLVIEW database;
- Report the work dynamics to the supervisor, obey the work arrangement, and complete the work assigned by the leader. Such as design review, technical support, project summary, equipment and service bidding technical tender, acquisition strategy preparation and operation progress tracking;
- Review and confirm the contractor's workload;
- In case of emergency, initiate emergency procedures;
- After the completion of the drilling project, timely submit supervision materials, including: drilling project supervision and evaluation, each time of drilling acceptance, stage operation prompt sheet, control point construction side station records and related curves, hidden danger rectification notice, memorandum, shutdown rectification order, accident investigation report.

**Requirements**:
1) Obtain valid qualification certificates, such as IWCF Well Control program combined surface and subsea BOP stack, hydrogen sulfide certificate, health certificate and other relevant certificates and technical qualification certificates.
