To manage all activities related to Infrastructure development of all EPC Contractors (Initial accommodations, Contractor Camps, NFS Pioneer Camp, NFS EPC Camps, Camp Utilities, TCF areas, potentially additional TCF areas and other supporting infrastructures, Early Site Works if any), prior to and after award of EPC Contracts with the Infrastructure team, PMT disciplines, the EPC Contractors and the external parties with the ultimate objective to ensure safe and on-time occupancy, mobilization of resources and start of storage and prefabrication activities.

**Requirements**:
20 years' broad experience oil and gas projects (engineering, submission & approvals with regulatory bodies, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning, completions and handover) with specific involvement in the construction and start-up of major infrastructure facilities (accommodation camps, WWTP, TCF etc.).
- 5 years experience in managerial role in onshore oil and gas projects.
- RLC working experience is preferred
- Worldwide experience with Contractors and major Subcontractors, in particular those involved in the onshore construction of facilities.
