- Maintains notification systems
- Trains staff in the use of all Library Management System module functions, including Circulation, Cataloging, Acquisitions, Serials, Electronic Resource Management, Web Public access catalog (WebPAC) & Encore administration
- Successfully demonstrated ability to manage multiple urgent tasks in a highly demanding environment
- Have an in-depth experience in customer service and related skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with external and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and capacity to understand and interpret information received from system users.

Knowledge of Machine-Readable Cataloging (MARC) standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: QAR3,417.11 - QAR26,860.65 per month
