**Responsibilities**:
On-site Support:

- Attend client sites as assigned by the Support Coordinator and Support Team Leader to provide support for CCTV, Access Control, and other ELV systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to security systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

- Conduct regular maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement system upgrades and software updates as directed.
- Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to clients.

Technical Assistance:

- Work closely with clients to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide remote support when necessary.

Training:

- Train end-users on the proper use and maintenance of security systems.
- Create and update user manuals and documentation.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and system configurations.
- Generate reports on system performance and issues.

Collaboration:

- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with product vendors to stay updated on the latest technologies and solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma In Computer Hardware Maintenance /Diploma in Electronics
- Proven experience in providing support for ELV systems, including CCTV and Access Control.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as assigned.
