About Us:
We are a leading fit-out company specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and luxury projects. Our expertise spans furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), bespoke joinery, and marble finishing. We are currently seeking a qualified QA/QC Architectural Engineer to join our team and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and implement QA/QC procedures across fit-out projects.
- Review and approve material submittals, samples, and shop drawings for furniture, joinery, and marble works.
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing works to ensure compliance with project specifications, design, and industry standards.
- Monitor and document quality performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and method statements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all quality-related activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of proven QA/QC experience in fit-out projects, with strong knowledge of FFE, custom furniture, joinery, and marble finishing.
- In-depth understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, and inspection methodologies.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
