As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Team in Doha as a Duty Manager Freighter Load Control.

Responsible for managing and smooth running of QR Freighter Centralized Load Control function at the cargo hub office for day to day operation, controlling and directing staff to contribute highest level of service standard Performs administration and operations functions as appropriate in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Take ownership of the Centralized weight and balance system, and facilitate system implementation in close coordination with the vendor and other internal stake holders
- Closely monitor the weight and balance system to ensure it is always updated with any changes in the

QR operational procedures. Perform data integrity check of Weight and balance system on regular intervals.
- Based on market trends, business needs and internal feedbacks evaluate possible enhancements in the weight and balance system and facilitate implementation. While ensuring conducive environment in-order to achieve desired target within the shift/department.
- Monitor freighter operations & quality performance network wide and implement best possible practice related to centralized load control functions.
- As a specialist in load control, acts as the first escalation point for any weight and balance related issues and ensure that all weight and balance related queries from all internal and external stakeholders are effectively resolved and only when required, escalate

**Qualifications**:
About you
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of job-related experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Duty Manager or Supervisor role
- Command of English language
- Valid acceptable Load Control License on narrow body, and wide-bodied aircraft (Freighter and passenger aircraft)
- A/C loading and compatibilities
- Managerial skills
