Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure projects are executed according to company standards. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Assist the direct supervisor with other duties related to the scope of project management. Qualification Bachelors degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred. Experience & Knowledge Requirements 35 years of experience in project management. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Preferably experienced in the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and reporting tools. Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Skills Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Knowledge of budgeting, workflow planning, and resource allocation. Strong risk management capabilities to identify issues and implement mitigation strategies.
