  • Implement and monitor the company's HSE management system, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare related documentation and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure all staff and subcontractors comply with HSE rules and regulations.
  • Deliver HSE induction and training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain and update safety records, permits, and documentation.
  • Monitor and control use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Support emergency response plans and conduct periodic drills.
  • Liaise with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
  • Promote safety awareness culture across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC before 2022 compulsory.
  • IOSH certification
  • Minimum [5] years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction.
  • Sound knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and best practices.
  • Strong reporting, observation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, high-risk environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
