We're Hiring: Event Project Manager – Sadou Design (Doha, Qatar)

Sadou Design is looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and production projects for top corporate and government clients in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage events from concept development to full on-site execution.

  2. Coordinate closely with clients to understand objectives and project requirements.

  3. Lead internal teams (design, production, logistics) and ensure smooth project workflow.

  4. Prepare timelines, budgets, task lists, and progress reports.

  5. Oversee staging, AV, branding, printing, and all production elements on-site.

  6. Manage suppliers, venues, manpower, and logistics partners.

  7. Ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines and budget.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in Arabic is a must (spoken and written).

  2. Strong English communication skills.

  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in event or project management (Qatar market preferred).

  4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  5. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

  6. Strong understanding of event production, AV, staging, décor, printing, and logistics.

  7. Proficiency in MS Office; project management tools are a plus.
