Temporary Business Development Executive (2-Month Contract)

Job Description

SocialGate is looking for a self-motivated Business Development Executive to independently generate and close business for our social media management services. This is a standalone role (no existing sales team) for a 2-month temporary contract, involving both indoor sales and outdoor field visits.

Responsibilities

  • Independently generate B2B leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Conduct outdoor client visits and face-to-face meetings with business owners
  • Present and pitch SocialGate's social media management services
  • Handle the complete business development cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Maintain basic records of leads, meetings, and conversions
  • Share market insights and client feedback with management

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, or field sales preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or social media is an advantage

Contract Details

  • Duration: 2 Months (Temporary Role)
  • Possibility of extension or conversion to a long-term role based on performance

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: QAR2, QAR3,500.00 per month
