Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie located at the Steigenberger Hotel in Doha, Qatar. The Demi Chef De Partie will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring adherence to established recipes and standards. The role includes managing and coordinating activities within the kitchen, supporting senior chefs, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth workflow during service hours. Collaboration, efficiency, and creativity in food preparation will play an essential part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation skills
  • hot kitchen experience is a must .
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling, and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support kitchen staff effectively
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience in international cuisine and a passion for culinary arts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Culinary certification or equivalent professional training is preferred
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment is an advantage
