Human Resources Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

Company Overview:

ALGO Systems Qatar is a leading systems integrator with over 12 years of successful operations across Qatar and the GCC region, specializing in Smart City, Traffic Management, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). We are seeking a proactive and qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team immediately in Doha.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain employee records and manage personnel documentation.
  • Support management with performance evaluation, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa, NOC, and residency-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and welfare.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Candidates currently residing in Qatar.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
  • NOC: Must be available to transfer sponsorship.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatari Labor Laws and HR regulations.
  • Language: Arabic speaker preferred; fluency in English required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Availability: Must be able to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
