Wok of Fame International Buffet Restaurant located at Tawar Mall, 2nd Floor Food Court, is seeking a Female Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team.

We are looking for a dedicated, confident, and service-focused individual who can lead the team, ensure excellent customer experience, and maintain smooth and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure buffet quality, hygiene, and food presentation
  • Lead and guide female service staff
  • Handle customer concerns politely
  • Manage duty schedules and staff performance
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for buffet refills
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Train new staff and monitor service quality
  • Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a supervisor in F&B
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Customer-friendly attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic POS and restaurant operations knowledge
  • Must be currently in Qatar
  • Transferable visa preferred
