Role Overview**

The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent attraction, selection, and retention strategies that align with the company's vision, values, and workforce needs. The position will also play a key role in shaping employer branding initiatives and managing graduate and nationalization recruitment programs.

• Lead, design, and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business objectives.


• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and job design to onboarding.


• Partner with senior management and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and deliver high-quality hires on time.


• Enhance the company's employer branding through innovative recruitment campaigns and market engagement.


• Oversee graduate recruitment and internship programs to build future talent pipelines.


• Implement standardized interview frameworks and selection processes to ensure fairness and consistency.


• Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve recruitment efficiency.
