Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and setting and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in selling wax (petroleum and synthetic) and petroleum jelly to different segment including cosmetics, plastic, packaging, textile, candle....
- Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar
