  • Process online orders from customers (via website, app, or delivery platforms)
  • Enter and update product data, prices, and stock levels into the system
  • Coordinate with warehouse/store staff regarding stock availability
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
  • Generate basic reports as required
  • Perform other admin/data-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a supermarket
  • Experience in data entry, inventory systems, or online order processing
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with POS or Tally systems
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Currently in Qatar with valid QID and transferable visa preferred
