Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers, conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, and negotiating deals. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with team members to ensure the achievement of sales targets and maintain positive business relationships. This is an on-site role located in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development skills
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Market Research
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of the printing, advertising, and branding industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
