We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Associate for our vibrant sports supplement store, where health, wellness, and fitness come together to empower our customers to achieve their fitness goals. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our clientele, who range from fitness beginners to elite athletes seeking effective nutritional support. Knowledge of sports supplements, an understanding of fitness trends, and a passion for health and wellness are essential to thrive in this role. You will actively engage with customers, providing them with expert advice tailored to their individual needs, thereby fostering a supportive community atmosphere within the store. Your mission will be to inform customers about the benefits and applications of various products, leading to informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, maintaining store displays, keeping inventory organized, and ensuring the store atmosphere is clean and welcoming are all part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate sports supplements based on their fitness goals and dietary needs.
  • Maintain and organize product displays to create an attractive store environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking products as necessary.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and proper usage of our products through detailed consultations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to share informative insights with customers.

Requirements

  • ENGLISH is a must, having to know arabic is a plus point.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health and fitness is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sports supplements and nutritional products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Basic mathematical skills to handle transactions and inventory management.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3, QAR4,000.00 per month
