Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury timepieces, provide expert advice on watch care, and maintain a high standard of customer service. You will also manage inventory, coordinate with service technicians for customer requests, and support the overall operations of the store. Building lasting customer relationships and ensuring an exceptional buying experience will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent support
  • Knowledge of luxury watch brands, craftsmanship, and maintenance practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and attentiveness
  • Basic inventory management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Prior retail or luxury brand sales experience is an advantage
