Primary Purpose of the Job

  1. Responsible for identifying and managing all project-related interfaces, with a strong focus on the Feasibility and Concept Optimization Study, FEED and EPIC stages for the NFA Sustainability Project.
  2. Ensures safe, high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant delivery, fully aligned with project specifications and standards.
  3. Develops, implements, and maintains robust interface and risk management systems, registers, and procedures across all project functions.
Required Experience and Skills

  1. Minimum 15 years' experience in engineering, project management, and execution of major offshore Oil & Gas projects, with at least 10 years in project management/interface leadership.
  2. Experienced in industry best practices and company systems.
  3. Strong judgement, analytical, management, leadership, team building, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
Educational Qualifications

  1. B.Sc. in Engineering (higher degree advantageous).
