Sales Engineer – Fit-Out & Joinery

Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and providing technical and commercial support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out or joinery, coupled with proven sales and project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and joinery sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client needs and project specifications.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development within the fit-out or joinery industry (GCC experience preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of joinery, interior materials, and finishing works.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
  • Fluent in English.l
