Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer (Architectural / Fit-out) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural products, interior fit-out, or construction materials sales, with the ability to manage client relationships and drive project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to follow up on project progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company objectives.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural or fit-out sales (Qatar market preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and finishes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client portfolios.
  • Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in aluminum, façade, or interior fit-out sectors.
  • Existing network with consultants and contractors in Qatar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5, QAR8,000.00 per month
