Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor specializing in façade and aluminum to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations on-site, ensuring that façade and aluminum projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Management: Supervise all on-site activities related to façade and aluminum installations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the required specifications and industry standards.
  • Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular inspections and safety audits to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Management: Oversee the delivery, handling, and storage of materials on-site, ensuring they meet quality standards and are available as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, including daily logs, work schedules, and completion reports.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients and project managers to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and safety records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in façade and aluminum projects, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using construction management software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of façade and aluminum systems, materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide on-site teams effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving site issues.
  • Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in construction supervision or site management are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month
