Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a contracting or construction company, supporting sales operations, coordinating between departments, and managing client communication. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth workflow between the sales, estimation, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and project departments for pricing, material, and technical submissions.
  • Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update sales records, project tracking sheets, and CRM databases.
  • Prepare and organize tender documents, prequalification files, and company profiles as required.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits for the sales team and management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking ongoing and prospective projects.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities when needed.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and communication between clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a Contracting / Construction company in Qatar.
  • Strong understanding of construction project documentation, tendering, and client coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Qatar Driving License preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month
