Telford Offshore is looking for
2nd Engineer for DP3 Accommodation / Construction barge
in Qatar, KSA and Libiya.

Rotation:
6 weeks on / 6 weeks off

Joining date:
November

Requirements:

  • minimum 2 years experience in rank on DP vessels
  • experience with cranes and gangways
  • experience with Caterpillar and MAN engines;
  • holding DP maintenance certificate;
  • holding BOSIET / FOET OPITO certificate;
  • holding H2S OPITO certificate.

Operational Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understudy to the Chief Engineer.
  • Effective utilization of the available manpower to maintain the vessel in s seaworthy condition.
  • To carry out watch keeping duties.
  • Planned and routine maintenance of the mechanical installations onboard the ship.
  • Bunkering the vessel when on duty.
  • Perform area authority duties with regard to the Permit to Work / Isolation procedures.
  • Acts as a member of the emergency team as dictated by the Muster List.
