Dairy Sales Manager Experience and Qualifications:

Person Profile:

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field
  • Local knowledge / sales experience in QATAR
  • 5 -10 years product / sector relevant sales experience
  • Excellent organisational and Management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident self starter able to work on own or as part of a team.
  • Use Word processors and spreadsheets.
  • Fluent in the following Languages, English, Arabic,,
  • Experience in planning and implementing dairy sales strategies.
  • Experience in dairy customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and its products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Development and implementation of communication strategy (Packaging, Media, Consumer promotion, Premiums).
  • New product development and launch plan.
  • Internal and external communication / co-ordination with Finance, Manufacturing Services, Logistics and Customer & Channel Demand Manager.
  • Recruit & manage staff for the department.
  • Understanding, updating and maintenance of Dairy products Import and Export regulations
  • Qatar Driving license

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience as Sales & Marketing Manager in Food and Beverage industry or FMCG. (Soft Drinks considered a plus)
