- Ensure timely service during meetings and office hours
- Keep the office, pantry, kitchen, and refreshment areas clean and organized
- Wash cups, glasses, and utensils regularly
- Monitor and restock pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, etc.)
- Welcome and serve visitors with refreshments
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms with beverages and light snacks
- Provide support to management and staff as required
- Coordinate with the office assistant for supply management
- Assist colleagues with photocopying, scanning, and printing
