Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Production Head with a strong background in fashion design and garment production to lead and manage our end-to-end production operations. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Fashion Designer with exceptional expertise in tailoring, hand embroidery, and machine embroidery, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, and timely delivery.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can translate designs into flawless finished garments while managing tailors, embroiderers, and production timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Technical Oversight

Lead and manage the complete garment production process from design approval to final delivery

Interpret fashion designs, patterns, and technical specifications accurately

Supervise all tailoring activities including cutting, stitching, fitting, and finishing

Oversee hand embroidery and machine embroidery, ensuring design accuracy and premium craftsmanship

Resolve technical production issues related to fabrics, patterns, fit, and embellishments

Team & Workflow Management

Manage, train, and supervise tailors, embroiderers, and production staff

Allocate work efficiently based on skill level and production deadlines

Ensure productivity targets and delivery timelines are consistently met

Maintain discipline, quality standards, and workflow efficiency within the production team

Quality Control & Standards

Implement strict quality control checks at every stage of production

Ensure garments meet brand standards in fit, finishing, embroidery, and durability

Approve samples, fittings, and final production outputs before dispatch

Planning & Coordination

Plan production schedules in alignment with sales orders, events, and collections

Coordinate closely with the design, sales, and operations teams

Manage fabric usage, wastage control, and embroidery material planning

Monitor production costs and support cost optimization without compromising quality

Compliance & Process Improvement

Maintain production documentation and records

Enforce health, safety, and workplace standards

Continuously improve production processes for efficiency and scalability

Qualifications & Requirements

Female candidate (as per role requirement)

Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field

Strong and proven expertise in tailoring (cutting, stitching, fitting, finishing)

Extensive knowledge of hand embroidery and machine embroidery techniques

Minimum 5+ years of experience in fashion production, couture, abaya, or luxury garment manufacturing

Experience managing tailors and embroidery teams

Strong technical understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in luxury, couture, or abaya production

Ability to handle custom and made-to-measure garments

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

High attention to detail and quality

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
