Job Description – Sales Coordinator
A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments. The role helps improve sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain and update customer and sales records
Order & Customer Management
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client visits
- Support promotional activities and campaigns
Data & Reporting
- Track sales performance and KPIs
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports
- Maintain CRM systems and databases
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure contracts, pricing, and approvals are properly documented
- Follow company policies and sales procedures

Technical Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in sales support or coordination
