- Knowledge in GIS substations up to 220 KV
- Knowledge in Protection relays functions and settings
- Knowledge in LCC / Protection schematics
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all electrical testing and commissioning activities on the project.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and clients to ensure timely execution of commissioning tasks.
- Review and approve electrical test procedures, method statements, and commissioning plans.
- Ensure that electrical systems (e.g., switchgear, transformers, , UPS, control systems, etc.) are tested according to standards.
- Monitor pre-commissioning and commissioning progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure that safety procedures and risk assessments are followed during testing and commissioning works.
- Maintain and manage commissioning documentation, including checklists, test reports.
- Coordinate SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and energization activities.
- Support handover and close-out documentation, defects clearance, Standby calls including O&M manuals and as-built documentation.
