Contractor's Testing and Commissioning Manager for OIL & GAS sector

Location: Qatar

Availability: Must be locally available

ID Requirement: Valid Transferable Qatar ID

Driving License: Qatar Driving License required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Shall have a B. Sc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field with minimum of Fifteen (15) years of experience in testing and commissioning roles, preferably in water infrastructure projects (reservoirs, pumping stations, etc.).
  • The T&C Manager shall have a strong understanding of water distribution systems, pumping systems, and SCADA controls and proven experience working with contractors and coordinating with client-end users.
  • shall be responsible for developing and managing the testing and commissioning program including procedures, resources, coordinating Kahramaa' s End- users, and executing all activities related to the testing, commissioning, and handover of the project. Ensuring safety requirements as per contract specifications, effective communication and resolution of concerns and maintain detailed records of test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions
