A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide personalized service to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and prepare reports as required.
  • Assist in implementing guest engagement programs to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Uphold the hotel's service standards and company values at all times.

What we need from you

  • Previous experience in front office, guest relations, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
