Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Communication
● Handle all customer inquiries and orders received through WhatsApp, the website, and
the mobile application.
● Manage client communication promptly and professionally for all meal plan–related
queries.
● Collect and document customer feedback, concerns, and service issues.
● Coordinate with the nutritionist to share client updates, preferences, and necessary
dietary adjustments.
● Provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth communication flow.
- Order Management
● Check, verify, and track all daily orders received through multiple platforms.
● Ensure accurate entry, confirmation, and follow-up of orders for the vegan meal plan.
● Work closely with the operations and nutrition teams to ensure all meal customizations
are correctly reflected.
- Sales Coordination
● Maintain daily records of sales, subscriptions, and renewals.
● Tally daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to management.
● Assist in upselling meal plans and promoting ongoing offers when required.
- Delivery & Logistics Coordination
● Prepare and share daily delivery lists and routes with the delivery team.
● Ensure accurate delivery schedules and support with route planning when necessary.
● Follow up on delivery issues, delays, or errors and ensure timely resolutions.
- Internal Collaboration
● Work closely with operations, kitchen, and nutrition teams to ensure seamless execution
of all vegan meal plan services.
● Support the department with administrative tasks and any additional responsibilities
assigned.
