Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic mobile automotive services team. The ideal candidate will be the primary link between our customers and skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and premium service experience. This role is crucial in managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries regarding mobile car services, including scheduling, pricing, and service details.

Efficiently coordinate and schedule appointments for our mobile technicians, considering customer locations and technician availability.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive end-to-end experience.

Facilitate clear and concise communication between customers and technicians, accurately relaying service requirements and updates.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, appointments, and service details within our CRM system.

Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather valuable customer feedback.

Proactively identify opportunities to promote additional services and products.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in the automotive field.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service principles is preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Proven ability to work effectively within a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.

Languages: Native Arabic and Intermediate English proficiency.
