Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer management software.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
