We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee infrastructure projects and guide

the engineering team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT

infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in systems

architecture, cloud platforms, networking, and security, and will play a key role in ensuring

the scalability, reliability, and performance of our infrastructure.

Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 4 years in a technical

leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and server technologies.

-Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools

(Terraform, Ansible).

-Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

-Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, MS Exchange or

Active directory, or Cisco/ network or BCDR

-Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.

Responsibilities

-Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions

(on-premises, cloud, or hybrid).

-Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers and

support staff.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and

align with business objectives.

-Oversee infrastructure automation, monitoring, and performance tuning.

-Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

-Manage infrastructure projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables
