Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and expanding market reach through tailored strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research, designing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational goals. The role also involves attending meetings with prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Business Strategy to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Networking to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Ability to create compelling Proposals and Presentations, leveraging analytical and creative thinking.
  • Experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare services industry in Qatar is a plus.
