We are looking for an accomplished, strategic, and results-oriented Business Development
Specialist
 to join our leadership team. This role is designed for a professional who excels at identifying opportunities, building key relationships, and driving the firm's growth agenda in a competitive and sophisticated market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the firm's business development strategy to expand our client base, enhance brand visibility, and increase revenue across key practice areas.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach within Qatar and the wider region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, intermediaries, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and practice heads to create tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations that address client needs and showcase the firm's expertise.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our services and enhance market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic planning and business development activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance, pipeline growth, and return on investment for firm leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably within legal services, professional services, or a related B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Qatari and regional business landscape, with an established network of contacts being a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative leadership team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
