Commercial Development Manager – CLSTR (Qatar)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Development Manager
to lead business growth initiatives and drive revenue across CLSTR's divisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate strategic opportunities into tangible results. This role requires a balance between
strategic business development
and
hands-on sales execution
, ensuring sustained growth and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand CLSTR's market presence and commercial partnerships.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Lead client acquisition and retention strategies, maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and activation concepts aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Represent CLSTR professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial development, sales, or business management within the events, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
- Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional demeanor, strategic mindset, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
