  • Experience in the Middle East region / Qatar with local standards and authority approvals is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with BIM execution plans (BEP), level of detail (LOD) frameworks, and ISO 19650 is a plus.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related technical field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in a CAD/BIM role for electrical systems in building or infrastructure projects (experience in Qatar/Middle East is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and good working knowledge of Revit MEP (3D) or similar BIM tools.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks (or other coordination software) for clash detection and model review.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, earthing, switchgear, cable routing).
  • Able to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, MEP drawings, and understand interfaces.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, disciplined file management and naming conventions.
  • Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with multi-discipline teams and take direction.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, manage priorities, and adapt to changing project demands.
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows, drawing standards, layer management, and project documentation processes would be a plus.
