Qualification/Experience

  • High school/secondary education.
  • 5 years' experience as cleaner supervisor.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Valid Qatar driving license for medium size (4X4) double cabin pickup.
  • Good computing skills with knowledge of MS office and email applications basic knowledge in rigging and slinging

Roles and Responsibilities of Housekeeping Supervisor

  • The cleaning supervisor shall supervise/monitor the tasks and duties assigned to cleaners and ensure that their performances are maintain up to the acceptable professional standard.
  • Ensure high standard of Services provided.
  • Ensure that the Personnel are properly dressed.
  • Check and report the daily attendance of cleaners and ensure to provide timely and suitable replacement in case of absentees.
  • Solve day-to-day problems arising at the location to ensure smooth performance of the Services.
  • Responsible to arrange tables and chairs of Auditorium before the function and collect; stack neatly when the function is over.
  • Responsible to check any defects in toilets and other areas.
  • Ensure that the cleaners are performing the cleaning activities in line with the requirements.
