  • To supervise and control the maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of HVAC equipment, air balancing of HVAC equipment in a safe manner, in accordance with procedures and accepted technical standards. The equipment's include, but not limited to water-cooled centrifugal chillers, Air-cooled reciprocating, scroll & screw chillers, Air handling Units, DX units, fan coil units, VRV systems, Package units, Precision units, Split units, window air conditioners, deep freezers, Central cold room/cold storage, Heat Pumps, Fume hoods, cooling towers, Building Management Systems, Chillers Management Systems, PLC controlled HVAC equipment's, Electrical control panels-VFD & MCC of HVAC equipment etc
  • To provide work directions to his subordinates and contractor staff and ensure that all activities conform to policies & procedures and accepted technical standards
  • Receives and reviews incoming work requests for functioning and maintenance, Processes the work requests after filling in the required materials, man-hours, and skill levels. Allocates work to subordinates and contractors, checks progress providing instructions and advice as necessary and ensures that works are completed confirming to established work standards and statutory requirements.
  • Participates in the complex installation, maintenance & testing of a wide range of equipment/systems listed below.
  • Provides technical advice to his subordinates and ensures the proper use of tools and test equipment. Carries out function tests on the repairs carried out prior to reinstating the systems.
  • Plans & carries out routine and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoots and analyses the root cause to avoid recurrence of the problem and to provide a permanent solution.
  • Ensures plant availability and reliability are maintained as per the requirements. Inspects the work of subordinate staff, carries out related on-site work, resolves problems during work, trains subordinates in safe practices and guidelines.
  • Mechanical Engineer with 7-8 Years of experience in FM,
  • Available in Doha for a face-to-face interview
  • Should be on a transferable visa with NOC
