Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our HVAC & Refrigeration Spare Parts Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business growth within Qatar.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell HVAC & refrigeration spare parts to clients in Qatar.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 3–5 years' experience in HVAC & Refrigeration Spare Parts sales in Qatar.
  • Valid Qatar Driving Licence (mandatory).
  • Must be below 30 years of age.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and client base is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Approx. QAR 5,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
  • Company car provided
  • Other benefits as per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4, QAR5,000.00 per month
