We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Project Controls professional to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful execution of our projects by monitoring and analyzing project performance, costs, and schedules.

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using industry-standard software
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for projects
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Contribute to the development of project control processes and procedures
• Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on project performance
• Assist in change management processes and impact assessments
• Support the maintenance of project documentation and databases

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 20+ years of experience in project controls or related field
• Must have a good background as Programme Controls Manager/ Planning Manager in Infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with cost control and budgeting techniques
• Familiarity with schedule management principles and practices
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Understanding of construction processes and terminology
• Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Doha, Qatar
