Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day

Job Description

Our client, a reputed company in the hospitality sector, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations supporting hotel and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will ensure proper storage, inventory control, and timely distribution of food, beverages, amenities, and operational supplies while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and issuance of hospitality supplies
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food items, beverages, linen, amenities, and consumables
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, housekeeping, and operations teams for timely material distribution
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs
  • Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and expiry checks (FIFO/FEFO)
  • Oversee warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure discipline and efficiency
  • Ensure proper labeling, cleanliness, and organization of warehouse areas
  • Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management review

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in hospitality, hotel, catering, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO practices, and stock management
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Candidates must be currently available in Qatar or able to join immediately.
