Job Summary

The HR & Admin Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources and administrative operations to ensure efficient office functioning and compliance with company policies. This role assists in HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and basic employee relations, while also managing administrative tasks including office coordination, records management, and vendor support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support

  • Assist in recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and document collection.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system updates.
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate visa, immigration, medical, and related documentation in line with Qatar requirements.
  • Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Assist in leave management, employee benefits administration, and end-of-service documentation.
  • Respond to routine HR-related employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.

Administration & Office Coordination

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Admin departments.
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory; liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events, including logistics and documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and document filing.
  • Support facility management, maintenance coordination, and office housekeeping requirements.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR and administrative activities comply with company policies and Qatar Labor Law.
  • Assist in preparing HR and administrative reports as required by management.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be locally available in Qatar.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative coordination roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR procedures is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3, QAR3,500.00 per month
